At least one of the players is new, but the conflict is the same as Warren’s mayor and City Council members are at odds.
The Warren City Council is having difficulties getting information from Mayor Lori Stone and her administration in much the same way it struggled to get information from previous Mayor James Fouts and his administration.
The current City Council calendar of pending matters lists three items:
