Recipe of The Day – Lemon Sherbet!

Yield: 10 servings


  • 4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg white


  1. Boil sugar and water ten minutes.
  2. Cool, add lemon juice and strain.
  3. Freeze, and when nearly stiff, add beaten egg white and finish freezing.
