For the second consecutive day, Port Huron Area Schools will be closed on Wednesday because of inclement weather.
The district announced Tuesday night that in addition to its closure on Tuesday, area schools will also be closed within the district on Wednesday.
“Many of our snow covered back and side roads will remain impassable until at least midday tomorrow,” said Keely Baribeau, the Port Huron Director of Community Relations and Marketing.

“Port Huron Schools will be closed Wednesday February 17, 2021 for all students (both Hybrid and Virtual – no Zooms). The Administration Offices will open at 9:00 AM and high school night activities will be determined by noon. Be safe!”
