Port Huron Northern football has had the rest of its practices for the week cancelled and its first game scheduled for this weekend at St. Clair Shores Lake Shore postponed.
In Sunday’s letter to Keewahdin parents, Port Huron Schools notified them of a case of exposure of the coronavirus that had been reported to the school.
The letter stated that St. Clair County Health Department (SCCHD) had identified a confirmed case and went on to say as a result, the SCCHD and Port Huron Schools are working closely to identify exposure and prevent further spread.
There has been no word if Northern’s game will be made up at a later date or cancelled overall.
