Former Green Bay Packers defensive backs coach Ryan Downard listed his house at 692 Blackberry Court in Hobart for $1,149,900.
Downard joined former Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley in Miami after Hafley was named head coach of the Dolphins in January. Downard worked for three defensive coordinators in Green Bay, having joined the team in 2018 as quality control coach under Mike Pettine. He received several promotions under Joe Barry and Hafley. He is the secondary coach in Miami. Barry also is a member of the Dolphins’ defensive staff.
The one-and-a-half-story house is 1.5 miles from Thornberry Creek at Oneida golf course. Downard bought the new house in 2023 for $859,900, according to Brown County land records.
The 3,327-square-foot house is on a 1-acre lot and includes five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It features an open-concept great room, gourmet kitchen, private first-floor office and covered patio overlooking a fenced-in backyard. It has a finished lower level with rec room, and three-car garage with basement access.
