American Airlines added four nonstop, round-trip flights to Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport to bring visiting fans to town for three Green Bay Packers home games in 2025.
While Packers fans have earned a reputation for traveling to away games, American will make it easier for fans of Washington Commanders, Philadelphia Eagles and Carolina Panthers to fly nonstop to and from Green Bay when the teams visit Lambeau Field.
Interestingly, two of the three matchups are weeknight, prime time games: Sept. 11 versus the Commanders on a Thursday night, and Nov. 10 versus the Eagles on a Monday night. American added two flights for the Nov. 2 game versus the Panthers.
Here’s what to know.

Could Delta, United add more nonstop flights into and out of GRB tied to Packers games?
While no other flights have been added to the schedule, Green Bay airport director Marty Piette remains optimistic other major carriers such as United and Delta will follow American’s lead and add flights into and out of Green Bay related to Packers games.
“We appreciate our partner airlines and the work they put into bringing additional flights to our community,” Piette said in a news release. “Lambeau Field is a top destination for football fans, and we are proud to be the first stop for visitors as they experience Green Bay and the surrounding Northeast Wisconsin area.”
