Trump picks retired Lt. General Kellogg for Ukraine envoy

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday said he would appoint Keith Kellogg, a retired lieutenant general, as his special envoy for the Ukraine-Russia conflict.
