Ticketmaster will give fans another chance to purchase BTS tickets at face value after shows for the group’s world tour ‘ARIRANG’ are sold out.
Fans can begin requesting tickets starting at 1 p.m. MT/2 p.m. CT on Monday, April 13, according to Ticketmaster’s Facebook page.
“Hey ARMY – we know you’re ready! Requests open today at 3 pm ET and we’ll share updates as soon as it’s live. Remember, as long as you submit during the request window, timing won’t affect your chances,” Ticketmaster said in a comment.
Ticketmaster said it would be releasing the tickets at face value as an effort to stop “bad actors.”
“This is part of our effort to stop bad actors from bypassing tour rules and exploiting the ticketing system, and to help keep more tickets in the hands of fans at face value,” Ticketmaster wrote on Facebook.

According to the Ticketmaster website, fans can request which ticket types they want and method of payment. Fans will have until 9:59 MT/10:59 CT on Tuesday, April 21 to make requests.
“You’ll receive an email by 11:59 p.m. ET on Tue, April 21 confirming if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled. If your tickets are fulfilled your card will be charged, and we’ll email you with instructions on how to view your tickets. You will not receive a second email if your request cannot be fulfilled,” the website says.
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee you’ll get tickets, Ticketmaster noted.
To request tickets, visit the Ticketmaster website, where you will be sent to a queue.
