Texas A&M transfer wide receiver and Marcel Reed’s projected top target, KC Concepcion, lands another big NIL deal with one of the nation’s most well-known brands. On Wednesday afternoon, Jaxson Callaway, also known as “AT,” reported that Concepcion had signed a deal to join 7-Eleven’s “Always Open” campaign. This just adds to his NIL portfolio, which includes Topps, Call of Duty, and Fanatics managed through The Familie.
The “Always Open” campaign gained popularity and grew into something larger after Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase posted on X that he is “always open.” It took off from there, with clothing and merch resulting in 7-Eleven winning two Clio awards for the campaign.
Concepcion hasn’t even taken his official first snap as an Aggie, but has built his brand into one of the biggest on the team. A lot of it has to do with his standout freshman season and now joining a Power Five team that is expected to compete for an SEC title and College Football Playoff berth while he is on the roster.
Below is the post with the official announcement of the deal.
This is just the beginning, and if he puts up similar numbers from a few seasons ago, there is no telling where his next deal may come from.
