From starter to loaf, the Chicken Farm Art Center is hosting sourdough classes at the end of March.
“Join us at Starkeeper Kitchen at the Chicken Farm Art Center for hands-on classes using clean, organic ingredients and simple techniques you’ll use for years,” the Facebook event stated. “You’ll leave with an established starter, a loaf in progress, printed step-by-step instructions, and the confidence to bake at home.”
There are several options for the classes including one where kids are welcome to join at 2505 Martin Luther King Blvd.

The classes will include organic, dye-free, sprouted whole grain ingredients including organic flour, avocado oil, organic syrup and more.
