An autopsy was performed Friday in Lubbock, though final results are pending additional testing, according to the Amarillo Police Department.

Investigators said Dashaun Timothy Jackson, 18, and Thomas Seldom Rendon, 33, were located and arrested Friday in connection with the case. Both were booked into the Potter County Detention Center on charges of aggravated robbery.

Police also announced that the murder charge against Alline Ndayishimiye, 33, who was arrested Thursday night, has been changed to aggravated robbery.

Officers were first dispatched about 2 p.m. Sept. 25 to a residence in the 1100 block of Bluebell, where Valantin was found dead with visible signs of assault. Detectives with the department’s Homicide Unit continue to investigate.

Anyone with information is asked to call the APD Homicide Unit at 806-378-9468.
