In the eight years since his first No. 1 hit, “Hurricane,” Luke Combs’ career has been a storm of success and historical firsts.
Among his recent streak of wins, the 35-year-old superstar dethroned Garth Brooks as the highest-certified country artist in history by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), with more than 168 million units sold.
Combs was also a part of Columbus history when he played to a record-breaking 63,000-plus fans at Buckeye Country Superfest in 2022.
He’ll be returning to Ohio Stadium on April 25, when the “My Kinda Saturday Night Tour” swings through town with special guests Dierks Bentley, Ty Myers, Jake Worthington, and Thelma & James.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Oct. 17.

You won’t have to wait until March to hear new music from Combs, who just released a new three-pack of tunes called “The Prequel.” The collection features “15 Minutes,” “Days Like These” and “My Kinda Saturday Night,” the single sharing the name of his tour.
The hotly anticipated tour is the latest coup for Combs, the first country artist with four singles certified RIAA Diamond, a rating awarded to songs or albums that sell more than 10 million copies or amass over 15 billion streams.
In addition to being the first country performer to have two songs with a billion Spotify streams, Combs made history this summer as the first country artist to headline both Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza.
Lastly is the cherry on top: Combs is nominated in three categories at the 2025 CMA Awards: Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and Single of the Year for “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma,” his 19th consecutive No. 1 single.
