NEW PHILADELPHIA − The Tuscarawas County Humane Society is seeking new homes for two adorable pets, according to a community announcement.
Livid is a 2-year-old grey domestic short hair cat who came into the shelter as a stray. She is friendly, enjoys sitting on your lap, and her purr machine is operating at 1,000% capacity. And she won’t be “livid” if you want to curl up on the couch and watch a good movie. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Don’t miss out on her adoption.
Fritos is a 2-year-old pit bull terrier who came to the shelter as his owners could no longer properly provide for him. He is a sweetheart of a dog who is goofy but lovable. And who doesn’t like Fritos? He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. If you have a craving for Fritos, fill out an adoption application.
The Tuscarawas County Humane Society shelter is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday; and 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. It is closed Thursday. The shelter is located at 1432 Tall Timber Road NE in New Philadelphia.
Applications for adoption can be filled out online at tuschumanesociety.com. Interested individuals can contact the shelter at 330-343-6060 for more information.
