Edge rusher Rashan Gary and safety Nick Cross are names to watch in free agency for the Cincinnati Bengals, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
Fowler wrote that the Bengals are “the team that could prove most aggressive on the defensive free agent market.”

Gary has played in 106 games over seven NFL seasons, all with the Green Bay Packers. Bengals defensive line coach Jerry Montgomery worked with Gary in Green Bay from 2019 to 2023.
Cross has played in 67 games over four NFL seasons, all with the Indianapolis Colts. He was a third-round pick in the 2022 NFL draft, one pick after the Bengals selected defensive lineman Zachary Carter.
