BINGHAMTON — Overnight rain, along with a drier forecast later in the day, prompted NYSPHSAA baseball officials to push their championship Saturday schedule back on Saturday, June 14.
Tripleheaders at SUNY-Binghamton and Mirabito Stadium had been scheduled with games at 10 a.m., and 1 and 4 p.m. Each set of contests — Class AAA at Mirabito Stadium and Class AA at SUNY-Binghamton ― were delayed by three hours.

That means the Class D matchup for Oriskany and North Warren at Mirabito is now scheduled for a 7 p.m. first pitch, following the B game between Babylon and Putnam Valley.
The forecast shows a chance of showers around 4 or 5 p.m., but only predicts a 3% probability of rain at 7 or later.
The softball schedule at Greenlight Networks Grand Slam Park was not affected.
