Lower Hudson Valley temps to drop over the weekend. Find out how cold.

Enjoyed the 70-plus-degree high temperatures in the Lower Hudson Valley on Thursday, March 26? Well, enjoy the memory — and grab a thick sweater.

A mostly cloudy Friday, March 27, is predicted to have a high temperature of 49 degrees and a north wind of 11 to 15 mph.

As for partly cloudy Friday night? Around a 28-degree low, with wind chill values putting it at 20 to 25 degrees, the National Weather Service said.

Weekend weather outlook

Saturday’s high is expected near 41 degrees, but wind chill values put that at 20 to 30 degrees, the weather service said. A northwest wind of 13 to 16 mph is expected.

On Sunday, it’s predicted to be mostly sunny with a high near 50 degrees. A southwest wind of 6 to 14 mph is expected, with gusts of up to 28 mph.

Partly cloudy Sunday night is expected to have a low temperature around 41 degrees.

But next week shows signs of warming up a bit, with high temperatures in the low to mid 60s predicted for Monday through Wednesday.
