Looking to get rid of some of your old electronics?
You’re in luck! A free electronic recycling event is coming to the Finger Lakes Region on Sept. 13, and there is still time to register for a time slot.
Sunnking Sustainable Solutions, an electronics recycling and sustainable corporate solutions company, is holding a free recycling event in Farmington, where residents can safely dispose of their old and unwanted electronics.
Hundreds have already signed up for the event, so registration is limited. Here is what to know.
Free e-recycling event in Farmington: hours, location and details
The e-recycling event will run from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, 5857 NY-96 in Farmington, Ontario County.
Sunnking Sustainable Solutions stated that health and safety procedures, including timed appointments, no-contact device removal and dedicated drive-through lanes, will remain in effect throughout the event to ensure a safe environment.
