Do Bills have more or less rest days than rest of NFL in 2026?

The Buffalo Bills have 17 games like everyone else on their 2026 NFL schedule.

But their rest days add up plenty more this time around.

With the nature of games on different days and times during each schedule every season, some teams end up having less rest compared to the other teams in the NFL each year… while others have more.

In terms of the 2026 Bills, it’s very much on the positive side of the ledger. Per Sharp Football, Buffalo is at a plus-14 number. That is the second best in football next season:

The same chart from last year has the Bills at minus seven in terms of net rest. Their plus 14 is a vast improvement.

That is a factor the Bills will want to take advantage of.
