A country-rock band is going back on tour this summer and making a stop in Iowa’s capital city.
The Casey’s Center announced on May 7 that Treaty Oak Revival will be coming to Des Moines later this year for its “West Texas Degenerate” tour. Here’s what to know:
Who are Treaty Oak Revival?
Treaty Oak Revival is based out of Odessa, Texas, and consists of five members led by lead singer Sam Canty. The band began informally as a jam band, with members performing cover songs in an experimental environment, before deciding to pursue original music seriously in 2018.
The group has released seven RIAA platinum and gold songs — including 2021’s hits “Missed Call” and “Ode to Bourbon” — along with three studio albums. The most recent of which is “West Texas Degenerate,” released in November 2025 and serving as the tour’s namesake.
The group last performed in Des Moines in June 2024. Treaty Oak Revival recently performed at the Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio, California, on April 25.
When is Treaty Oak Revival coming to Des Moines?
Treaty Oak Revival will perform at the Casey’s Center on Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, at 7 p.m. Special guests are Huser Brothers and Andy Buckner.
