As high-major conference tournaments tip off this week, and other Division I conference champs continue to be crowned, where does Iowa State men’s basketball stand in the latest rankings after wrapping up the regular season?
Iowa State went 1-1 last week, losing at Arizona before bouncing back with a senior-day win against Arizona State.

The Cyclones (25-6, 12-6 Big 12 Conference) will be the No. 5 seed in the 2026 Big 12 Tournament at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City. Iowa State has a bye into the second round of the tournament and it will play the winner of Arizona State-Baylor on Wednesday, March 11 at 11:30 a.m.
