Conor Daly believes Santino Ferrucci went way out of his way to push Daly off track Sunday during the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio. IndyCar officials agree.
The two were battling for position on Lap 43 when their wheels touched, and Ferrucci forced Daly far off the track while going into the grass himself.
IndyCar officials ordered Ferrucci to give up 3 race positions. He finished 16th and Daly 19th.
Post-race, Daly posted on social media: “This clown literally drove himself off track trying to make sure he wrecked me @SantinoFerrucci brilliant as always”
