Indiana Gov. Mike Braun signed a handful of bills into law March 3, his first batch since the end of the legislative session.
This brings him to 62 bills signed so far — a little less than half the 142 bills sent his way with the conclusion of the session Feb. 27. Previously, he signed into law a measures targeting utility bills, establishing a framework for a Chicago Bears stadium in northwest Indiana and requiring in-person assessments before the state closes child abuse cases.
