The IHSA boys basketball season is nearing its conclusion.
Now, the Journal Star is asking readers to make a choice for high school boys basketball player of the year.

The poll runs through noon Wednesday, March 11, and the winner will be announced one day ahead of the IHSA state finals.
Last season, Peoria High’s LeShawn Stowers was voted as the inaugural fans’ choice for the Peoria-area boys basketball player of the year.
This vote has no bearing on who will be selected the Journal Star player of the year or will make the annual all-area team, which are scheduled to be announced after the season.
