Those on the hunt for Girl Scout Cookies can either purchase from a Girl Scout they know or search for a nearby booth run by a local troop.

You can use the online Girl Scout Cookie Finder by entering your zip code to find a troop selling at a nearby booth, purchase cookies to be directly shipped to you or donate cookies for local community causes.
You can also fill out the online Cookie Finder Customer Request form to be connected to a local troop selling cookies.

Boxes sold by nearby troops in recent years have sold for $6 per package.
Why do Girl Scouts sell cookies?
Girl Scouts explain the cookie program as a source of “entrepreneurial skills” for troops and funding for service projects, travel excursions and summer camp.
“Each cookie season, Girl Scouts develop important life skills like goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics through the Girl Scout Cookie Program,” the Girl Scouts of Central Illinois said in its press release. “All proceeds from cookie sales stay local to power Girl Scouts’ amazing experiences year-round.”
