Volusia County residents who want to learn about what’s happening in county government can attend the “State of the County” address this month.
The event will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Feb. 25 at The Center at Deltona at 1640 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. in Deltona. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. The event typically includes free lunch.
“This annual event gives the County Council the opportunity to reflect on and celebrate partnerships and accomplishments from the previous year, as well as outline the county’s future goals,” according to the county.
The event is free to attend, but reservations are required because seating is limited. To RSVP, go to volusia.org and search for State of the County 2026.
