Spring All-County: Best of large school boys lacrosse in Palm Beach

The Palm Beach Post’s All-County teams are here!

The Post is proud to announce the Player of the Year nominees for large school boys lacrosse.

Player of the Year winners will be announced at an in-person ceremony. The show is May 28 at the SoFi Center on the Palm Beach Gardens campus of Palm Beach State College. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with the awards program at 6:30 p.m.

Award winners have been contacted by staff with invitations to attend the show, which is produced with support from Baptist Health Orthopedic Care.

First Team All-County Large School Boys Lacrosse

A: David Druhot, Jr., Jupiter

David Druhot was exceptional for Jupiter boys lacrosse this season, leading the Warriors with 54 goals and 34 assists, pacing his team in both categories. Druhot helped his team establish statewide notoriety with wins over , making the 2026 season one to remember.

A: Ryan Lambert, Jr., Jupiter

from a shooting percentage, Ryan Lambert was actually the most efficient attacker on Jupiter’s roster, scoring on 58 percent of his shots, tallying 22 goals and 28 assists for the Warriors. With his help, Jupiter finished the year with a 16-4 record, which included wins Benjamin, Ponte Vedra, and St. Thomas.

A: Thomas Jackson Miller, Sr., Wellington

It would be difficult to find many players more valuable to their team than Thomas Jackson Miller was for Wellington. The senior contributed 59 goals and 62 assists for one of the few 100-plus point seasons in Palm Beach County this year.

M: Deacon Lindeman, Sr., West Boca Raton

Deacon Lindeman was impressive in attack for West Boca Raton, shifting between duties in the midfield and in attack. He led the Bulls with 61 goals this year, adding 12 assists and pacing the team with 74 ground balls. He was an crucial part in West Boca’s continued program upswing this season.

M: Luke Druhot, So., Jupiter

The younger of the Druhot brothers was just as dominant, just in a different area of the field. While Luke Druhot didn’t contribute much with shots on goal, he did everything else with a 75 percent winning mark in faceoffs. He collected 162 ground balls as well, setting his team up for success in between the creases.

M: Robert Frank, Sr., Boca Raton

Robert Frank was a team captain for a reason, scoring 42 goals and tallying 26 assists to lead the Boca Raton offense this season. The senior added 23 ground balls and four takeaways, helping Boca navigate a run to regionals in a 12-6 season.

M: CJ Edwards, Sr., West Boca Raton

CJ Edwards was among the best players on West Boca Raton lacrosse this year, contributing 36 goals and 39 assists, showcasing his ability to command the midfield. The Bulls have improved dramatically in recent years on the lacrosse field, culminating in this year’s run to regionals ― Edwards is a big reason for that.

D: Dylan Creps, Sr., Jupiter

Dylan Creps was dominant in defense for Jupiter. The Warriors’ top cover man tallied 36 takeways and 60 ground balls to help make things easier on the offense side of the ball. His skillset in transition was also integral in helping Jupiter to a 16-4 record with wins Benjamin, Ponte Vedra, and St. Thomas.

D: Sebastian Angeli, Jr., Boca Raton

Sebastian Angeli was one of the best defenders in Palm Beach County this year, coming from American Heritage-Delray to lead the Bobcats defense. Angeli contributed a 23-point season on offense and also excelled with 74 ground balls and 42 takeaways in coverage and transition.

GK: Ty St. Jacques, Jr., Jupiter

Ty St. Jacques wasn’t done any favors by the Jupiter coaching staff’s schedule this year, but the junior goalkeeper responded to the call. Though his save percentage dipped below 50 percent, the Warriors faced some of the best teams in the nation this year, pinning the junior as the best large school keeper in Palm Beach County.

Coach of the Year

Matt Sofarelli, Jupiter

Matt Sofarelli led Jupiter to a 16-4 season this year, the best mark against the best schedule for any Palm Beach County large school program. Sofarelli’s Warriors defeated Benjamin, Ponte Vedra, and St. Thomas in the regular season, establishing the Jupiter program as among the best in the state.
