ST. LUCIE COUNTY — Red Cross officials were called for two adults and four children following a June 12 fire at a mobile home on North U.S. 1, a St. Lucie County Fire District spokesperson said.
Fire District crews were called at 8:19 a.m. to the residence in the 6400 block of North U.S. 1, said Brenda Smith, Fire District spokesperson.
Smith said fire officials saw smoke when they arrived, and reported flames went through the roof of the home.
No one was injured, and the fire was out by 8:55 a.m., the Fire District stated.
The cause is under investigation, Smith said.
