There’s a new grocery store in town: Pensacola’s newest Aldi store on Ninth Avenue.
Located at 7135 N. Ninth Ave., the grocery store opened Thursday, March 5, as one of the latest former Winn-Dixie stores to be converted to an Aldi as part of an ongoing conversion process.

Guests lined up outside and celebrated as the ribbon-cutting ceremony commenced thirty minutes prior to the store opening.
The new location is the fourth Aldi store to open its doors in Pensacola, with a fifth store at 50 South Blue Angel Parkway on the way.
Here are some of our best photos taken as the new location welcomed in shoppers.
