As the high school football season quickly nears the halfway point, Victory Christian and Fort Meade will battle in a tough small-school matchup. For Victory, the game will be a good test and good preparation for upcoming big district games against Carrollwood Day and Lakeland Christian.
Lakeland returns to action after having an off week and is headed to Miami to play Booker T. Washington. The Dreadnaughts’ offense is looking to build on its big performance in the win over Lake Mary two weeks ago. In what could be an interesting all-Polk matchup, Bartow travels to play at Auburndale.
