Here's a look at every grade Dolphins received in 2026 NFLPA survey

The Miami Dolphins’ 2025 campaign didn’t go the way they wanted, as they finished with a 7-10 record and fired both general manager Chris Grier and head coach Mike McDaniel.

While the results weren’t great, the Dolphins players showed the ultimate respect for their franchise in the 2026 NFLPA survey, which was leaked to ESPN on Thursday. Miami was ranked the top team in the NFL for the third year in a row.

Here’s how the Dolphins were graded in each of the 17 areas in the survey:

Miami’s two lowest categories (head coach and special teams coordinator) have been addressed by owner Stephen Ross this offseason. Former Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley has replaced McDaniel and special teams coordinator Chris Tabor has replaced Craig Aukerman.
