FSU’s 2026 recruiting class is nearly full. The Seminoles currently have 27 commits, 13 of whom are blue-chip recruits and address several major needs.
The group is led by four-star quarterback Jaden O’Neal. They have gotten him some very exciting weapons in wide receivers Brandon Bennett, Jasen Lopez, Devin Carter, Efrem White, Darryon Williams, and Jonah Williams, as well as tight ends Xavier Tiller and Corbyn Fordham.
Herb Hand has built an offensive line class with commitments from three-star prospects Luke Francis, Mike Ionata, Steven Pickard, Jakobe Green, and Steven Moore, a JUCO prospect. They now have a running back to run behind them in Amari Thomas.
Patrick Surtain Sr. and Evan Cooper continue to be some of the best recruiters on the staff and have three commitments in the secondary in safeties Daylen Green, Darryl Bell III, and Jordan Crutchfield, as well as cornerback Chauncey Kennon. John Papuchis, who is now coaching linebackers, has landed three targets in Izayia Williams, Karon Mayock, and Noah LaVallee, who look like great fits in their new defensive scheme.
Terrance Knighton has landed five defensive linemen in Earnest Rankins, Franklin Whitley, Wihtlley Cadeau, Damaad Lewis, Judah Daniels, and a pair of edge rushers in Chris Crabin and Jalen Anderson, as he fills out the defensive line class.
