The Florida Agricultural Legacy Learning Center is offering a weekend full of activities June 12-13 in Palm Coast.
The first event, Food Truck Friday on the Farm, runs from 5 to 9 p.m. June 12 at the center, 7900 Old Kings Road N., in Palm Coast.
Expect more than food trucks, though. The center, previously known as the Florida Agricultural Museum, will also have “artisan vendors” and other offerings.
DJ Chris will play “summer kickoff tunes.” Visitors are invited to enjoy line dancing from 7 to 8 p.m. and listen to live music by Mike Estabrook from 8 to 9 p.m.
Admission and parking are free and the event is pet friendly.
The following day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 13, the center is hosting Shop Local & Celebrate Dad, billed as a “country market.”
Father’s Day is June 21, and the country market will include 80 vendors with all sorts of gifts for dad, as well as food trucks, fresh produce, plants, sourdough bread, local honey, farm fresh chicken and eggs, fresh seafood and local farm-raised beef and baked goods, according to the center’s website.
The country market will also include jewelry, art and handcrafted goods.
It’s a dog-friendly event and there will also be dog treats available.
And kids can enjoy a free bounce house.
