MARTIN COUNTY — A vehicle hit a pedestrian in a crash on the morning of Jan. 13 at Martin Downs Boulevard and Mapp Road, according to Martin County sheriff’s officials.
The pedestrian, who was an adult, was being flown to a local hospital with injuries by about 7:30 a.m., according to officials.
Delays were expected in the area after the crash, according to officials. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office turned the crash over to the Florida Highway Patrol.
