Ease on down the road with a community screening of ‘The Wiz’

Celebrate Black History Month with a special screening of “The Wiz,” the 1978 musical classic, presented at the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County in collaboration with FLAVAR. Part of the Lake Theatre Revival Series, this free film night blends music, magic and cultural legacy, spotlighting Black storytelling through a shared, community-centered experience.

Jazz meets pop favorites at Arts Garage

Blues grooves, pop hooks and jazz swagger collide when LP and The Vinyl take the stage at Arts Garage. The San Diego–based ensemble is known for reinventing songs by artists like the Beatles and David Bowie, blending soulful vocals, sharp improvisation and playful arrangements that feel both familiar and new. Expect a high-energy set that moves easily between genres while keeping the groove front and center.

Close out the Sun & Stars Film Festival in style

The Donald M. Ephraim Sun & Stars International Film Festival wraps up with a Closing Night screening of “A Man with Sole: The Impact of Kenneth Cole,” a revealing documentary about the designer and philanthropist who used fashion as a platform for social change. Known for campaigns addressing AIDS awareness, homelessness and LGBTQ+ rights, Kenneth Cole will attend the screening alongside Emmy-winning director Dori Berinstein for a post-film discussion.
