The California Department of Transportation plans to close the southbound Highway 33 to southbound Highway 101 connector in Ventura for construction work overnight on March 3, according to authorities.
The southbound Highway 33 to southbound Highway 101 connector in Ventura is slated for dike replacement work March 3 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day, according to a Caltrans social media post.
Motorists should plan for a detour by exiting at the Main Street ramp and turning right. They then should turn left on Main Street, the post says. Then drivers should make a right on Ventura Avenue, left on Thompson Boulevard to enter the southbound Highway 101 on-ramp, the post adds.
