The three-day festival, produced by Berkeley-based Another Planet Entertainment, is scheduled for Aug. 7–9, 2026, continuing its run as one of the nation’s largest independently owned music festivals and a signature summer event in San Francisco.

OSL 2026 lineup mixes pop, indie, electronic heavyweights
British pop provocateur Charli xcx will make her Outside Lands debut, bringing her club-forward “Brat” era to Golden Gate Park a little over a year after bringing it to Coachella. Australian electronic trio Rufus Du Sol returns, while New York indie-rockers The Strokes — who are also playing Coachella 2026 — are scheduled for their first Outside Lands appearance since 2021.
Other top-billed acts include London art-pop band The xx; rapper Baby Keem; hardcore-rockers Turnstile; and Djo, the psychedelic pop project of “Stranger Things” actor Joe Keery.
British singer Labrinth and Australian electro-pop duo Empire of the Sun are also scheduled to appear.
Hip-hop, indie favorites fill out Outside Lands undercard
The 2026 lineup spans dozens of artists across multiple stages, with hip-hop represented by Memphis rapper GloRilla and reunited duo Clipse (fresh off their Grammy win).
Indie standouts include Death Cab for Cutie, singer-songwriter Lucy Dacus (of boygenius); art-rock artist Ethel Cain; and U.K. indie-rockers Wet Leg. Bay Area pop-punk band the Story So Far and psych-tinged rock act Geese are also scheduled to perform.
On the electronic side, house and techno bands Lane 8 and Boris Brejcha join producer Boys Noize, and The SOMA stage, Outside Lands’ open-air dance space, will feature artists including Ben Böhmer, KI/KI, and Carlita.
San Francisco festival’s experience goes beyond the music
Organizers say the festival will again pair global touring acts with Bay Area food, beverage and cultural programming, including Taste of the Bay Area, Wine Lands and Beer Lands.
Grass Lands, the festival’s cannabis-focused marketplace and programming area, will return for its eighth year, according to organizers.
“Every year, we strive to deliver a lineup that excites and surprises — letting fans see their favorites while discovering new music,” Allen Scott, co-founder of Outside Lands and president of concerts and festivals for Another Planet Entertainment, said in a statement.
