A local man was killed Oct. 14 after his motorcycle struck a delivery truck crossing Pennington Road on the Tecumseh-Clinton Highway.
According to the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. Preliminary investigation showed the motorcycle, driven by a Tecumseh man, was traveling south before striking the truck.
The motorcyclist was transported to Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, where he died from his injuries, according to LCSO. The delivery truck driver was uninjured.
