It’s Week 6, and Michigan football (as well as Wisconsin) had an opportunity to get healthier after both banged-up teams had a bye week in Week 5.
For the Wolverines, the expectation is that multiple players should return to action, including tight end Hogan Hansen, but some players, like left guard Giovanni El-Hadi, aren’t expected to play this week. Meanwhile, Wisconsin will be without quarterback Billy Edwards Jr. after he’s struggled with a knee injury sustained in Week 1. Starting center, Jake Renfro, will also be out.
But now we know more about who should be available and who won’t, with the official injury report released via the Big Ten. Here is where each team stands entering the Week 6 contest.
