German inflation confirmed at 2.0% in February

BERLIN, March 11 (Reuters) – German inflation eased slightly in February to 2.0%, the federal statistics office said on Wednesday, confirming preliminary data.

Inflation, or the gain in consumer prices harmonised to compare with other European Union countries, stood at 2.1% year-on-year in January.
