Neighbors Helping Neighbors | Application for FREE Home Repair

Stephanie Chisholm of Keller Williams in Port Huron, MI has teamed up again to support Group Mission Trips, a work camp organization that brings youth and adults together for a Christian-based service program.

The organization will be back in the Blue Water Area in July 2020 following its successful camp in 2014 where they served 62 local families.

They are currently accepting applications for this year’s summer work camp. Anyone interested in FREE home repair, or to nominate someone for a deck or fence repair, wheelchair ramp, or perhaps any interior or exterior painting, download and complete the application below and send it to:

Karrie Beck lives in Port Huron with her husband and teenage son. She earned her master’s degree from Central Michigan University and went to work as an educator for Port Huron Schools in 2002. She enjoyed a teaching journey, which included assignments in grades K-8 as well as time spent as an adjunct instructor for St. Clair County Community College. Blessed is how she refers to the opportunity to work for GBS Media as an administrator for their online magazine, Blue Water Healthy Living. Organizing volunteer writers allows her the opportunity to meet the many inspiring people who positively impact the local area she loves.
