MHSAA deals with ever changing sports climate

John Johnson has nearly seen it all in the past 34 years.

This December, the director of broadcasting for the Michigan High School Athletic Association will retire.

But before he does, he will surely add a unique experience that he, nor anyone else expected for his final year.

The MHSAA is in the midst of changing its football schedule this fall, in compliance with orders from the governors office because of the coronavirus.

The changes have brought plenty of controversy, but the MHSAA seems to be taking it all in stride.

Hear from Johnson as he discusses the ever changing situation with Joseph Hayes, and the changes coming this fall and what athletes and parents can expect going forward.
