Video & Story by Kyle Coggins
Today we are going to introduce some cardio into our daily routine. This workout was suggested by one of our group members. This workout can be done every single day, but I would suggest adding 1-2 rest days to give your body some rest.
This workout consists of four exercises, and you can either do this once per day, or you can really challenge yourself to do it 3-4 times. That being said, you could do them back to back or split it up doing this once in the morning, then in the afternoon, followed by an evening workout, then finishing it off before you go to bed.

100X ( DO WHAT YOU CAN)
25X (DO WHAT YOU CAN)
15-25X (ADD IT TO YOUR 40 PUSH-UP’S A DAY)
30 SECONDS (DO WHAT YOU CAN)
I always say this, but if you can’t do the amount suggested, then do what you can. Honestly, putting in some work is going to make a big difference. We will build up our cardio so in the future, this workout will be a lot easier.
