Tracking Calories doesn’t have to be a daunting task. With the My Fitness Pal App we can set up our goals to reach our desired fitness level. Setting up the App is Fairly simple, adding your age, weight, height, and the desired weight you wanna be at, and it will calculate your daily calorie intake to reach your goals. In this video I will show you how simple it can be to start living a healthier life by tracking your calories for each meal.
