Let’s Get Fit with Kyle Coggins – Episode 7 (“No Excuse” Workout)

Today we are going to take a step back and do a little workout that can be beneficial for all ages.

This is a “No Excuse” workout; meaning, everyone can do it! I want to create an online community for everyone trying to get into shape. It doesn’t matter if you’re young, old, or you have bad joints. If you’re struggling to keep up with any of the workouts we are doing then let me know, and we will do our best to get you on the right path.

Let’s jump into our workout for today:

NECK STRETCH

10 -30 SECONDS

SHOULDER STRETCH

10 -30 SECONDS

TOE TAPS

5 SETS: 5 SECOND HOLD

HEEL RAISES

5 SETS: 5 SECOND HOLD

KNEE LIFTS

10-12 REPS / EACH LEG

PUSH-UPS

4 SETS: 10 REPS

Don’t forget to get your Push-Up’s in for the day. Remember, we’re doing 40 push-ups every day now. If you can’t do a traditional push-up, instead try a wall push-up that is easier than a traditional push-up!
