Let’s Get Fit with Kyle Coggins – Episode 6 (Back and Arms)

Today we are going to be getting into working our Back and finishing off with our Biceps. These should be done after finishing your 40 Push-Ups. Remember, don’t let any workout discourage you. If your unable to complete 10-12 reps with any workout we do, then do what you can. At this point in time, all that matters is that your putting in some work. Lets get started!On this episode of Let’s Get Fit we are going to be doing workouts that focusus on your back and your arms.

3 SETS: 10-30 SECOND HOLD

LYING PULL UPS

3 SETS: 10-12 REPS

ONE ARM BENT OVER ROWS

3 SETS: 10-12 REPS

ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS

3 SETS: 10-12 REPS
