Let’s Get Fit with Kyle Coggins – Episode 2 (Building for Success)

In this episode of Let’s Get Fit, we are going to be starting slow, getting familiar with exercises, and having fun. We won’t be going too hard on ourselves just yet, as we are going to build ourselves for success.

In this episode, I’m going to show you my variations of leg squats while getting a shoulder workout in at the same time.

To start, we will be 3 sets per workout, and doing 10-12 repetitions of each workout with a 30 second to a 2-minute break in between sets depending on your level:

SQUATS

SET 1: 10 – 12 REPS

REST 2 MINUTES

SET 2: 10 -12 REPS

REST 2 MINUTES

SET 3: 10 – 12 REPS

REST 2 MINUTES

Most of our workouts will be set up about the same, but our rest periods will become shorter as we progress.
