Today we are going to be focusing on our Triceps. The Triceps play a major part in our pushing exercises, as they are our finishing muscles. Meaning, they are what help us finish out our push-ups, or finish a bench press. Let’s jump right into these three awesome workouts you can do right in your living room.

TRICEP KICK BACKS
3 SETS – 10 – 12X REPS

SKULL CRUSHERS
3 SETS – 10 – 12X REPS

CLOSE GRIP PUSH UPS
3 SETS – 10X REPS

After you finish your three sets of push-ups, bust out an extra set, doing any variation of a push-up you want to get your 40 push-ups for the day. We are going to be starting our first challenge on November 1st, which will be 3,000 Push Up November: 100 push-ups a day for 30 days. We will be going over different variations you guys can do, so anyone at any level can participate and be successful.
