Easy Quiche
-Kathryn Dietlin
1 refrigerated pie crust (not deep dish)
6 large eggs
ΒΎ cups milk or cream
ΒΎ teaspoon salt
ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chopped ham
1 Β½ cups shredded cheese (divided)
3 tablespoons green onion
*you can always substitute ham or green onion for other vegetables or meat.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Sprinkle ham, 1 c. of cheese, and green onions in the pie crust. Pour egg mixture over top. Sprinkle remaining Β½ c. cheese on top of egg mixture.
4.Bake 35-40 minutes until center is completely set. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
