Kathryn’s Kitchen: Italian Hoagie Dip

For some people, cooking refers to throwing a frozen pizza in the oven. For Kathryn Dietlin, it is a passion that she loves to share with her children.

In Kathryn’s Kitchen, our host Kathryn will show us how to cook delicious, affordable meals with her children, Landon and Avery.

In this episode, Kathryn puts together an Italian Hoagie Dip!

The Recipe is Below

Ingredients:

  • ¼ lb pepperoni, diced small
  • ¼ lb salami, diced small or in strips
  • ¼ lb deli ham, diced small or in strips
  • 6-8 slices Provolone cheese, diced or in strips
  • ½ c diced red onion
  • ½ c banana peppers diced (optional)
  • ½ mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 3-4 cups of shredded lettuce

Steps:

  1.  In large bowl, combine meats, cheese, onion and banana peppers.  Add the mayonnaise and Italian Seasoning, stir to combine.
  2. Stir in chopped lettuce.
  3. Serve with baguette slices, crackers, or make into a pasta salad.
