Hope Blooms 2024

By The Hunter Hospitality House

PORT HURON, MI – January 29, 2024
Hunter Hospitality House is thrilled to reveal the details for its highly anticipated annual fundraising dinner, “Hope Blooms,” set to take place on April 25, 2024, at the picturesque Blue Water Convention Center.
On this special evening, attendees will savor a delicious dinner prepared by Chef Mike’s Catering, all while being serenaded by the uplifting music of Jimmy DeHeno and the “Still Running” duo of Jenna Reed and Mike Mercatante.  Several fundraising opportunities with matching grants from several Woman’s Life Chapters will add excitement to the night, including a generous $1000 cash drawing, remarkable raffle items, an impressive silent auction, and scrumptious cupcakes by Peace of Cake, and more.

This event holds a deeper purpose as the proceeds from “Hope Blooms” will significantly contribute to Hunter Hospitality House’s mission of offering free lodging and abundant amenities to those in need. This includes families of hospitalized patients, individuals undergoing daily outpatient treatment, and people requiring accommodation before surgery. The organization also extends its hospitality to loved ones of patients in other medical facilities in the area, such as the Blue Water Hospice Home and Marwood Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Hunter Hospitality House, named in memory of Hunter Eldon Willard, a premature baby born in 1991, was founded by his parents Jeff and Tracy Willard, and has been a beacon of hope since its inception in 2011.
The impact of Hunter Hospitality House is noteworthy, having hosted over 2,625 guests and providing an astounding 13,600 free days of lodging. This underscores the immense support and impact garnered from the community.
Exclusive sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals looking to align with the organization’s mission. Sponsors can enjoy a range of benefits, including complimentary tickets and prominent advertising exposure, presenting a unique chance to showcase their brand to a diverse and engaged audience.
To secure a spot at “Hope Blooms,” individuals can purchase tickets online at hunterhospitalityhouse.com or send a check to Hunter Hospitality House at 1010 Lincoln Avenue, Port Huron, MI 48060. Individual tickets are priced at $50, and for those looking to share the experience with friends or colleagues, a special table package for 8 is available at $350.
Join us on April 25, 2024, for an evening filled with joy, compassion, and support at “Hope Blooms.” Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those facing challenging medical circumstances in Port Huron.
